UP Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
Pre Matric: Class 9 applicants must have passed Class 8, and Class 10 applicants must have passed Class 9.
Post Matric: Class 11 applicants must have passed Class 10, and Class 12 applicants must have passed Class 11.
Post Matric (Other Than Intermediate): Candidates must be enrolled in UG/PG/Diploma/Certificate courses.
Domicile: Candidate must be a resident of Uttar Pradesh with a valid domicile.
Income Limits:
- Pre-Matric students (Class 9–10) can apply if their family income is up to ₹2.5 lakh/year.
- For Post-Matric (Class 11+), the limits are General – ₹2 lakh, OBC – ₹1.5 lakh, SC/ST – ₹2.5 lakh.
