- Geography of India and World: Information on the country’s physical, social and economic geography, agriculture, horticulture, forestry, animal husbandry, population and urbanisation patterns, smart cities and smart villages under the geography of India. General information about world geography.
- Economic and Social development of India: sustainable development, poverty alleviation, demography, social sector initiatives, etc. Candidates will be tested on the relationship and problems between population, environment and urbanisation.
- Indian Polity and Indian Constitution: Knowledge of the political system including constitutional development in India, the Indian Constitution, Indian political system and governance, Panchayati Raj and local self-government, public policy and official issues and community development.
