If there are a large number of applicants, a Preliminary/Screening Test will be held to shortlist candidates for the Written Test. The Preliminary Test consists of 50 MCQs (50 marks) from General English, Reasoning & Quantitative Aptitude, and General Awareness, with a 60-minute duration and 20 qualifying marks. The Written Test includes 100 MCQs (100 marks) covering General English, Reasoning & Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, General Hindi, and Computer Awareness, with a 90-minute duration and 40 qualifying marks. The Computer Proficiency Test carries 50 marks and tests Word Processing, Spreadsheet, and Internet Proficiency in 30 minutes, requiring 20 qualifying marks. The Interview carries 10 marks, with 3 marks as the minimum qualifying score. Negative marking of 0.25 marks (¼ mark) will be applied for every incorrect answer in both the Preliminary and Written MCQ tests.
